How do I get started?+
Reach out via our contact page. We will review your vehicle, discuss terms, and walk you through the enrollment process.
What types of vehicles do you accept?+
We primarily work with well-maintained passenger vehicles. Newer model years and EVs are a strong fit. Contact us to discuss your specific vehicle.
How much can I expect to earn?+
Partners typically retain 70–85% of trip income after our management fee. Actual earnings vary by vehicle, availability, and demand. We do not guarantee specific returns.
What does full-service operations mean?+
We handle all day-to-day aspects: guest communication, check-in/out, cleaning coordination, charging, basic upkeep, and maintenance scheduling. You stay hands-off.
Who covers costs like parking tickets or towing?+
Vehicle owners are responsible for actual operational costs incurred during the service period, including but not limited to parking violations, towing fees, and any third-party fees directly tied to vehicle use. See our Terms for full details.
What are your operating hours?+
Our standard operating hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Services or retrievals outside these hours may incur an additional fee.
How do I receive payouts?+
Payouts are processed monthly, accompanied by a detailed trip and earnings report. Payment method is discussed during onboarding.
Can I take my vehicle back when I need it?+
Yes. We work with you on scheduling. Advance notice requirements are outlined in your partnership agreement.
Are my vehicle and liability covered?+
Coverage details depend on the platforms used and your individual insurance policy. We strongly recommend reviewing your coverage with your insurer before enrolling.
Where do you operate?+
We operate from our Quincy HQ (420 Hancock St.), serve Boston Logan Airport (all terminals), and offer vehicle delivery and pickup at major hotels throughout downtown Boston, Back Bay, and the Seaport district.
